Description

The Department of the Treasury, through its Offices of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO), is seeking to enhance its Integrated Talent Management (ITM) system. This system, built on SAP SuccessFactors, serves a critical role in managing talent for approximately 125,000 employees and contractor staff across all Treasury bureaus. The ITM platform encompasses a wide range of functions including learning management, performance assessments, succession planning, compensation handling, and competency management. These capabilities are essential for ensuring that Treasury employees can meet mandatory training requirements and engage in essential workforce activities such as annual performance reviews.
