TREAS - Enterprise Architecture Tools and Services - MRAS

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), an essential agency within the U.S. Department of the Treasury, is responsible for the design, engraving, and printing of United States paper currency and other critical security documents. Operating in a complex IT environment, the BEP's mission is supported by its Enterprise Architecture (EA) program, which provides a comprehensive view of business operations, data management, application frameworks, technology infrastructure, and security measures. The EA program plays a crucial role in aligning the BEP's strategic objectives with broader federal mandates and best practices.

To support its ongoing digital transformation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency through Industry 4.0 principles, cybersecurity improvements, and AI adoption, the BEP seeks to procure an advanced Enterprise Architecture tool solution. This contract aims to implement a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) EA tool that goes beyond traditional artifact management to support strategic planning and innovative architecture practices. The selected EA tool will be integral in achieving measurable alignment between BEP's strategic goals and IT investments while driving value realization through enhanced decision-making capabilities.

The scope of work includes acquiring an EA tool that facilitates efficient planning and modeling for digital transformation efforts at the BEP. Additionally, it encompasses expert implementation services to ensure successful deployment within the organization's existing infrastructure. Sustainment services are also required to maintain ongoing functionality and capability enhancements as needed. This initiative is designed to accelerate BEP's journey towards digital maturity by enabling informed decision-making processes that align with federal government strategies while optimizing resource utilization across various operational domains.
