Background

The contract requires the delivery of 4 Ridge Runner Slat Belt Treadmills, Brand Name: Woodway, Part Number: RRQB5418. The salient characteristics include:
- Incline capable with a range of -5% to 35%.
- Standard display with wired & wireless Ethernet, Apple GymKit, Polar 5khz GymLink, and Bluetooth®.
- Minimum top speed of 18.001 MPH and at least a 5 MPH reverse speed option.
- Resistance mode ranging from 0-60 lbs.
- Weight capacity of at least 400 lbs for running and 800 lbs for walking.
- Minimum running surface dimensions of 60" x 22".
- Unit dimensions (L x W x H) between 93.5-95" x 35" x 72-77".
- Maximum height at a 35% incline between 90" to 96".
- Minimum unit weight of 505 lbs.
- Warranty: Drive, Motor & Belt - 5 Years; All Other Components - 3 Years; Labor - 1 Year.

The vendor must deliver and install the equipment ensuring it is fully operational upon delivery. Power will be provided by the government. Only new equipment will be accepted; used or remanufactured products are not allowed.
