Travis Air Force Base Clinical Research Support Services

Travis Air Force Base (AFB) David Grant Medical Center/Clinical Investigation Facility (CIF) is responsible for assisting with the execution of DoD medical research requirements accomplished through the performance of clinical studies and programs. These approved clinical investigation and training projects are often of high visibility within the DoD, the Federal Government, and with the United States Congress and require administration and management to meet the expectations of the funding source, to ensure the projects are conducted efficiently, to permit the timely execution and oversight of such projects, and to comply with regulatory requirements.
