INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) UNDER NAICS CODE 238990 ALL OTHER SPECIALTY TRADE CONTRACTORS FOR TRAVIS AFB, FAIRFIELD, CALIFORNIA AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY UNDER NAVFAC SOUTHWEST COGNIZANCE.

It is the intention of this solicitation to secure minor construction work as defined under NAICS Code 238990 at various Government facilities within the TRAVIS AFB Area of Responsibility (AOR) by means of awarding an indefinite-quantity contract at pre-determined unit prices and bid price coefficient, effective for a TWO-YEAR base performance period. The contract also provides for an additional THREE-YEAR option period, for a total contract period of FIVE (5) YEARS exercised at the discretion of the Government. Delivery or performance periods shall be specified in individual delivery orders issued hereunder.

The purpose of this Job Order Contract (JOC) is to provide ALL OTHER SPECIALTY TRADE CONTRACTORS alteration, repairs, and construction services with minimal design requirements for new minor construction, facility repair, rehabilitation, and alterations for a broad range of renovation and construction work. Task orders for design only shall not be placed against the contract. However, minimal design services related to construction may be required. Firm-fixed-price task orders for construction will be placed against the contract. The successful offeror must be able perform multiple task orders in multiple locations simultaneously.
