AMENDMENT 0002 TO RFQ no. 19GE5025Q0074

The above cited solicitation is hereby amended to extend the proposal due date to July 15, 2025, 1500 hours Central European Time (CET). See Attachment 19GE5025Q0074 - 0002 FE attached hereto.

Offerors shall acknowledge the amendment(s) issued against the solicitation by signing and returning the Standard Form (SF) 30 with their proposal under Volume 1 Price Proposal.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) no. 19GE5025Q0074

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a quote for travel management services for the U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong.

The RFQ and supporting documentation shall be used for the sole purpose of submitting a quote.

The complete quote (Volume 1 & Volume 2 in accordance with Section III) shall be submitted electronically as a pdf document as soon as possible but not later than Monday, June 16, 2025, by 1500 hours Central European Time (CET) to Joanna Catsamaki at CatsamakiJ@state.gov with a copy to FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov. The subject shall read Quote 19GE5025Q0074 . Individual emails shall be limited to 50MB. Zipped files (.zip or .rar) are not permitted. USE OF ELECTRONIC DEPOSITORIES IS NOT PERMITTED.

NOTE: No quotes will be accepted after the time specified above. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondence transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delivery of a quote.

Any questions regarding this RFQ shall be directed to Ms. Joanna Catsamaki at CatsamakiJ@state.gov with a copy to FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov no later than 15:00 hours Central European Time (CET), June 6, 2025 . All questions received will be compiled and a set of questions and answers will be posted in SAM.gov in a form of an amendment to the RFQ signed by the Contracting Officer.

Background
The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt is seeking quotes for travel management services for the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive travel management services to support official domestic and international travel for U.S. Government travelers, including employees and their dependents.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide corporate travel services that include:
- Travel reservations and issuance of tickets for air, rail, and ferry travel, including advance seat assignments and boarding passes where possible.
- Reservations for lodging accommodations and commercial automobile rental services.
- Assistance in obtaining visas and advice regarding health requirements.
- Travel insurance for local employed staff.
- Detailed travelers' itineraries.
- Management information and billing reports derived from the booking database.
- Automated reconciliation of travel charges incurred through centrally billed accounts (CBA).
- Support for personal deviations from authorized itineraries associated with official travel.
- Arrangements for necessary accommodations for employees or individuals with disabilities traveling on official business.
- Provision of pet transportation services upon request.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of performance from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026, with four one-year option periods extending through May 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at the U.S. Consulate General in Hong Kong.
