Traumacad License with Installation and Configuration

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 is seeking potential sources for TraumaCad Software with Installation and Configuration.

The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) provides orthopedic surgery services for Veteran patients, and the software is crucial for ensuring successful orthopedic surgeries with minimal invasiveness. It also serves as a training tool for orthopedic surgical residents.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide licensing, installation, and configuration for the TraumaCad Software at CAVHS in Little Rock, AR. Specific tasks include:
1) Providing all necessary software licensing, configuration, and installation assistance;
2) Ensuring compatibility of TraumaCad software with existing imaging modalities and PACS clients;
3) Offering continued template library updates, software upgrades, and technical support;
4) Conducting remote installation and configuration of the software.

The deliverables include: 54302-01A TraumaCad Subscription – Concurrent Session 07290109941004 and 54305-02A Installation and Configuration TraumaCad Remote. Minimum requirements for the software include compatibility with Microsoft Windows Server versions 2016/2019/2022, English as the default OS language, MS Internet Information Services (IIS), Microsoft ASP.NET, .NET Framework versions 3.5 & 4.5, and .NET Framework version 4.7.1 or higher.

Period of Performance
Base Year + 4 One Year Option Periods. Implementation of the TraumaCad Software must be completed within 21 days of contract award for the base year.
