Trash Pickup, Transport, Disposal for Yongsan Cluster

Background
This is a non-personal service contract to provide Removal and Disposal Services for regular trash, food waste, and bulky waste in Yongsan Cluster. The US Army Garrison Yongsan-Casey (Yongsan cluster) consolidated regular trash, food waste, and bulky waste into one Solid Waste Removal contract paying by weight of refuse removed. The Contractor shall provide monthly invoices for services rendered. The Contractor shall submit a monthly report listing all transactions for the prior month by the 5th day of each month.
Monthly reports shall contain, at a minimum, the truck ticket number, date, time, and total weight of waste. The Contractor shall keep records on file for a period of one (1) year after the contract expiration date, including any option periods exercised.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to Removal and Disposal Services for regular trash and bulky waste at Yongsan Cluster as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The PoP shall be for Three (3) months of Phase-In and Nine (9) months of Base Year and Four (4) 12-months Option Years.
The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the locations listed and maps in Technical Exhibit (TE) 1 & 2. The Contractor shall be responsible for conducting business between the hours of 0730 to 1630 or during daylight hours, Monday through Friday except Korean Legal Holidays or when the facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.

Period of Performance
The PoP shall be for Three (3) months of Phase-In and Nine (9) months of Base Year and Four (4) 12-months Option Years as follows: Phase In: 1 Sep 22 – 30 Nov 22; Base Period: 1 Dec 22 – 31 Aug 23; Option Period 1: 1 Sep 23 – 31 Aug 24; Option Period 2: 1 Sep 24 – 31 Aug 25; Option Period 3: 1 Sep 25 – 31 Aug 26; Option Period 4: 1 Sep 26 – 31 Aug 27.

Place of Performance
The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the locations listed and maps in Technical Exhibit (TE) 1 & TE2.
