Transportation Services, all details are listed in the Request for Quote (Statement of Work). The period of performance for this task order will consist of a Base Period (12 months), and four (4) 12-month Option Periods, for a total period of performance of five (5) years. All quotes must be received by 06/09/2021 10 AM EST (Arlington, VA). Please be sure to complete sections 30a, 30b, and 30c on page one. Also be sure to note somewhere on your response that "All requirements listed in the Statement of Work will be Completed and met". Amendment A00001 is attached, which includes: -Answers to the questions received before the question submission date, are attached. -Pricing Sheet for OTD -Pricing Sheet for APB Amendment A00002 is attached, which includes: The purpose of this amendment is to correct the number of passengers on CLIN's 0005B, 1005B, 2005B, 3005B, and 4005B. The closing date for quotes to be received remains unchanged as June 09, 2021 10:00 AM EST (Arlington, VA). All other terms and conditions remain the same. Please be sure to sign and return both amendments with your pricing sheets.
