Work Details
The contractor will provide secured transportation and destruction services for seized controlled substances, including bulk marijuana and pharmaceuticals, at designated Destruction Facilities (DF) located in El Paso, TX; LaPorte, TX; Tulsa, OK; and Ft Lauderdale, FL. The scope includes:
- Palletizing evidence, secure loading, transporting, and unloading of controlled substances.
- Conducting incineration of evidence in the presence of DEA personnel.
- Employing qualified personnel who can legally carry weapons and pass background checks.
- Ensuring safety precautions when handling hazardous substances such as fentanyl-related materials.

Deliverables include performance assessments, security applications for personnel, permits and licenses reports, trained personnel reports, and monthly administrative reports on security clearances.
