Background
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and DOJ's Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) require transcription services and court reporting services from English to English. This requirement is being issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division to provide a transcription service for the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and DOJ-wide. This is a multiple award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts (IDIQ).

Work Details
The scope of this contract provides transcription services to support DOJ and DOJ’s Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). The Contractor shall furnish all resources necessary to deliver typed transcripts of Government-owned recordings of proceedings and immigration hearings on an as-ordered basis in hard copy, electronic format, or both. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and conformance with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to performance under this contract.
