Transcom Cloud Optimal DevSecOps Ecosystem (TCODE) Request for Information (RFI)

Background
The TCODE ecosystem is a service capability which has adopted the DoD Enterprise DevSecOps Platform initiative (DSOP) in USTRANSCOM by leveraging lessons learned by the Platform One program, industry best practices, open-source software such as Kubernetes, and commercial solutions to instantiate DevSecOps continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines at various classification levels. TCODE is currently hosted in CloudOne’s AWS GovCloud and implementing PlatformOne’s services such as Big Bang, Iron Bank, and Cloud Native Access Point as a Service (CNAPaaS).

Work Details
The contract involves providing cutover phase support, production monitoring and platform support, service desk support, security incident escalation and issue documentation, assessment procedures for tailored security controls, system administration documentation, source code including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration as Code (CaC), Test Automation, deployment scripts, etc., network information, cyber incident report, incident response plan, compute, storage, and connectivity platforms support including planning for all tasks identified in this task area and gathering all pertinent information from Task Area 2: Systems Engineering.

The contractor shall also provide continuous integration, delivery, and deployment support including planning for all tasks identified in this task area and gathering all pertinent information from Task Area 2: Systems Engineering. Additionally, the contractor shall provide secure development, configuration, and assessment support including developing or operating information system components securely and supporting improving cyber resiliency for the information system.
