This is a Brand Name requirement for one each TRANE Water-Cooled Chiller and Cooling Tower. The Trane Water-Cooled Chiller, Series R has specific model designs including 60 hertz, 200 volt 3 phase, 150 nominal tons, single relief valve, insulation for high humidity, grooved pipe connection - standard, waterboxes, full factory refrigerant charge (R-134a), shrink wrap, 3 pass evaporator, Wye-delta closed transition starter, single point connection main line unit, power-ancillary items require other power, high fault rated panel w/circuit breaker, LonTalk/Tracer summit interface, factory installed IFM evap/cond 150 psi and warranty – 10 year parts/labor/refrigerant warranty. The Trane Cooling Tower has specific model designs including 208/3, CTI Certified Factory Assembled Cooling Module 60 Hz, 208V-inverter ready motors, 100% non-corrosive FRP- all stainless steel hardware, basin corner inspection ports (4) per module, PE stamped for 200mph hurricane wind-loads and optional features such as unit mounted NEMA-4X motor protection panel for single point connection, NEMA 3R VFD shipped loose for field installation and extended warranty is 60 months parts (fill media, drift eliminators, and fan motors), 15 year structural warranty, and 12 months labor.
