Description

Trane US INC Chiller Repair

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Decatur, Georgia, on behalf of the Atlanta VA Medical Center located at 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033, intends to award a sole source procurement for chiller repair services.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of HVAC systems critical to the operations of the medical center.

Work Details
The contract involves renewal service for two buildings (128/129 and 131) which includes:

- Removal and replacement of compressors
- Condenser coils installation of new liquid line driers
- Checking refrigerant for leaks
- Replacing condenser fan motors and blades
- Re-installing refrigerants
- Setting up/checking systems.

This is a one-time service contract with Trane US Inc as the sole authorized distributor for this equipment without voiding the warranty.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Atlanta VA Medical Center located at 1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033.
