Description

The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG) Headquarters (CG-912) awarded a sole source, short-term contract of 2 months with Bowhead Marine Support Services LLC for commercial training vessel support services located at USCG Aviation Training Center, Mobile AL. This purchase was made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. See the attached J&A for details.

This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
