Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is issuing this contract for Training Support Services at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Artesia, New Mexico.

The FLETC is responsible for providing core instructional law enforcement programs and various support services to approximately 88 participating agencies and bureaus. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective performance of all required services necessary for facility operational and student support services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a range of services including:
1. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance with requirements and addressing any complaints.
2. Training Equipment and Uniform Issue: Manage the distribution and maintenance of training equipment and uniforms.
3. Recreation Specialist/Event Coordinator: Organize recreational activities for students.
4. Training Support: Provide assistance in training programs, including audiovisual support.
5. Educational Aide Support: Maintain student records, generate documents, and assist with graduation processes.
6. Role Players: Supply personnel to act as role players during training exercises.
7. Materials and Supplies: Manage procurement of miscellaneous supplies needed for training operations, ensuring no markup on invoiced costs for reimbursed items.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with options to extend through additional years up to four total years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center located at 1300 W Richey Ave, Artesia, NM 88210.
