The Army Future's Command Synthetic Training Environment (STE) Cross-Functional Team (CFT) is seeking an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreement for the Synthetic Training Environment (STE) Training Simulation Management Tool (TSMT) Prototype Project, in accordance with the authority of 10 USC 2371b.
The *Draft* Performance Work Statement and Questions and Answers in response to the Project TALX held on 07 October 2020, has been posted to the Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX) website at:

It is anticipated that the Government will continue posting draft documents, to include the Request for Solution (RFS) through the month of October. The RFS is anticipated to be posted in November 2020. Responses to Q&As will continue to be provided as complete.
