This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Woman Owned Small Businesses only.

The requirement is to provide instructional services for INL's Continuing Education and Training Division (CET). These services shall provide INL's staff and INL's foreign partners with knowledge, skills, and abilities, to counter crime, illegal drugs, and instability abroad. CET requires development and sustainment of learning tools for synchronous and asynchronous training including in-person, virtual, and, hybrid training. provide instructional services for INL's Continuing Education and Training Division (CET).
