Background
The U.S. Coast Guard is responsible for managing the training, education, and development programs to meet the needs of its active duty, reserve, and civilian workforce. The purpose of this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is to obtain Contractor instructional, training, and assessment support services for the U.S. Coast Guard. Contractor support services include performance analysis, instructional systems development (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation), training support services and training delivery.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide a range of services including Training Performance Analysis support, Instructional Systems Design/Development (ISD) Services, Technical Writing Support Services, Training Aid Support Services, High-Risk Training Safety Services, Range Safety Services, and Instruction Services. The contract also includes specific labor category descriptions for instructors in areas such as Aviation C4ISR, Aviation Survival Technician (AST), Boatswain's Mate (BM), CBRN Instructional Systems Designer (ISD), Communications Instructor, and Emergency & Disaster Management School Instructor.

Period of Performance
This contract shall consist of a twelve (12) month base period from the effective date of the contract and four (4) twelve (12) month ordering periods.

Place of Performance
The work shall be located throughout the USCG Training Center (TRACEN) System nationwide at various locations including Aviation Training Center (ATC) Mobile, AL; Aviation Technical Training Center (ATTC) Elizabeth City, NC; FORCECOM CGHQ Washington, DC; FORCECOM Norfolk, VA; Leadership Development Center (LDC) New London, CT; Maritime Law Enforcement Academy (MLEA) Charleston, SC; Performance Technology Center (PTC) Yorktown, VA; Performance Technology Center (PTC) Norfolk, VA; Special Missions Training Center (SMTC) Camp Lejeune, NC; Training Center (TRACEN) Cape May, NJ; Training Center (TRACEN) Petaluma, CA; and Training Center (TRACEN) Yorktown, VA.
