Trailor Mounted Restroom

Background
Beale Air Force Base, part of the 9th Reconnaissance Wing of the Department of the Air Force, is seeking vendors capable of providing a temporary mounted restroom for rental. This acquisition is prioritized for delivery to support the needs of the Air Force Combat Ammunition Course, which currently utilizes a single restroom for both genders within building 1319. The goal is to comply with Presidential Executive Orders and enhance the washroom facilities to prevent any incidents related to washroom usage.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide delivery and lease of a trailer-mounted restroom to Beale AFB, CA. The requirements for the trailer-mounted restroom include:

- Rental for 12 months
- A 2-station temporary restroom trailer
- A 120v/20amp electrical connection with a 100-foot extension on the power cord
- A self-contained waste tank
- A self-contained potable water tank
- Weekly emptying of the waste tank
- Locks on the interior of each station (one restroom for each gender)
- Sinks for handwashing in each station
- Mirrors above sinks in each station
- Showers in each station
- Toilets in each station
- Overhead lighting in each station.

The contractor must deliver the trailer as soon as possible after receipt of award and coordinate delivery with the designated point of contact at least two weeks prior to anticipated delivery. Additionally, pick-up and removal of the trailer must be coordinated within 30 days after the lease ends.

Period of Performance
12 months rental period for the trailer-mounted restroom.
