Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Nevada State Office is issuing a solicitation for the replacement of the roof on a trailer located at the Air Tanker Base, approximately 3 miles southeast of Battle Mountain, NV. The project aims to enhance the longevity and reduce maintenance needs of the trailer's roofing system, which is critical for its operational functionality.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the removal of the existing asphalt shingles, gutters, moisture barrier underlayment, all flashing from around any roof protrusions or vertical surfaces, and all rubber stack-boots from around plumbing vents. These components will be replaced with 30-Year shingle roofing materials and a new gutter system.

The contractor is required to follow the specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work for complete details.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from May 5, 2025, to June 27, 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Air Tanker Base located approximately 3 miles southeast of Battle Mountain, NV.
