TRADOC Army Career Tracker (ACT) Annual Software Maintenance

HQ TRADOC requires an Annual Software Maintenance for the Army Career Tracker
(ACT) application software that was previously purchased. The annual software
maintenance agreement provides technical software support, patch updates, security
updates, and version upgrades, as needed. No other software product can be used
because other products cannot be modified to integrate with the previously acquired
IBM and HCL software licenses. The IBM and HCL brand name items are essential to
the Government's requirements to sustain and maintain the existing ACT infrastructure.
