Description

The Army Futures Command (TRAC) at White Sands Missile Ranges requires upgrades and installation to its current security and access control system. This is a brand name requirement for Identiv products, and a total small business set aside requirement. The requirement will be evaluated as lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Background
The Army Futures Command (AFC) located at Austin, TX, requires upgrades and installation to its security and access control system at White Sands Missile Range, NM. TRAC-WSMR is a major subordinate organization of AFC and conducts relevant analysis on military operations worldwide to inform decision-makers about challenging issues facing the U.S. Army and Department of Defense.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform the work indicated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The tasks include upgrading Velocity software, installing retrofit kits, replacing badge readers, moving the Velocity system interface, completing database conversion, providing Hirsch Identive Professional Services for programming and implementation, conducting final testing and inspection of systems, and providing a one-year warranty on all installations.
