Solicitiation Number N6660425R0468 is released and is attached as part of this notice. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for a manufacturer to document, manufacture, test, package, and deliver TR-302D and TR-355 First Article and Production transducers using a build-to-performance specification approach that meet the performance requirements of the TR-302D and TR-355 transducer, respectively as well as build-to-print spare parts as specified in the solicitation.

The attached applicable documents are available electronically, in order to view the documents, please follow the instructions below:

STEP ONE: Point of Contact: Kerin Prairie, kerin.m.prairie.civ@us.navy.mil. Please include your current and active vendor CAGE Code when sending the POC a request to view the Documents.

NOTE: Only offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the specifications. To obtain access to controlled files, please submit your request in sam.gov and email your certified JCP DD Form 2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement to Kerin Prairie at kerin.m. prairie.civ@us.navy.mil. Please note that the DD 2345 must include the current and active CAGE Code, as well as the current and active email address for the correct POC. Please visit http://www.dlis.dls.mil/jcp for further details on the program and registration.

STEP TWO: Applicable Documents are marked "DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D." Distribution is authorized to the Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. DoD contractors only. Companies requesting to view the Applicable Documents must be registered according to DoD Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to access Distribution D documents. See the following website for further information: https://public. logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx.

STEP THREE: DoD Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) LINK: https://safe.apps.mil. Once the POC verifies the vendor is JCP Certified, the POC will use the "Drop Off" feature to upload the documents to the DoD SAFE website. The JCP Certified recipient will receive an email containing a link and a passcode to access the documents on the DoD SAFE website. The link to the documents will expire seven (7) days from the day the link and passcode is sent.

Amendment 0001 is issued to correct the F.O.B Point Type for CLINs 0003 and 0004 in Section F and revise the language in clause 52.211-8 TIME OF DELIVERY (JUN 1997).

Amendment 0002 is issued to revise the applicable documents table in Statement of Work Section 3.0, clause 52.209-3 First Article Approval-Contractor Testing (Sep 1989) and clause 52.209-4 First Article Approval-Government Testing (Sep 1989).

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) serves as the Navy's Technical Design Agent and In-Service Engineering Agent, assisting with Acquisition Engineering activities for surface ship and submarine transducers.

This contract aims to procure TR-302D and TR-355 transducers to support the Navy's inventory and emergent fleet needs, as well as new construction shipyards for outfitting.

Work Details
The contractor is required to document, manufacture, test, package, and deliver TR-302D and TR-355 First Article and Production transducers using a build-to-performance specification approach.

The following spare parts will also be manufactured according to specified drawings:
- P/N 8440530-1 WINDOW, ACOUSTIC ASSEMBLY
- P/N 8750352-1 ACOUSTIC WINDOW
- P/N 8750402-1 CONNECTOR, RECEPTACLE
- P/N 8440523-1 TRANSFORMER ASSEMBLY, T3
- P/N 8440522-1 TRANSFORMER ASSEMBLY, T2
- P/N 50432 CONNECTOR, BULKHEAD RECEPTACLE
- P/N 8750451-1 TRANSFORMER ASSEMBLY
- P/N 8750461-1 CONNECTOR, BULKHEAD RECEPTACLE
- P/N 8750460 AND P/N 8750511 TR-355A CONVERSION KIT.

The minimum guarantee includes two TR-302D or two TR-355 first article units or $555,000 for first article or production units in any combination.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the contractor's or sub-contractor's facility.
