Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is issuing this procurement as a Small Business Set Aside for the purpose of providing routine preventive maintenance and repair support on low speed vehicles (LSVs).

The goal of the contract is to ensure that the equipment is running properly, thereby avoiding costly downtime and extending the life cycle of the vehicles. The contract will consist of one base year with two option years.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide routine preventive maintenance for the listed low speed vehicles, which includes:
1. Conducting an inspection of each piece of equipment once per year, which entails:
a. Inspecting the structure for corrosion, cracks, distortion, damage, loose and missing fasteners, defective sealant and seals.
b. Inspecting mechanical linkages and actuating mechanisms for cracks, corrosion, evidence of improper alignment and/or worn parts.
c. Inspecting electrical cables and connectors for corrosion, fraying, chafing, kinks, broken strands/wires.
d. Inspecting flexible hoses for fraying, chafing, twisting, deterioration; checking for evidence of leakage.
e. Inspecting tubing and ducting for cracks and security; checking fittings and clamps for proper installation.

Additionally, all work must be performed at the contractor's facility with tracking via DD 1149’s.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year plus two option years.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
- Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 is required prior to award.
- Ability to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
- Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead with full specifications.
