Scope

This action will award a firm fixed price contract for authorized sellers of Brand Name Fluke that meet the spec requirements as listed in the Brand Name Justification.

Background
The Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is issuing this solicitation to acquire specific Fluke brand calibrators for the In-Service Mine project.

The goal of the contract is to ensure that the agency has the necessary equipment to compare, adjust, and verify the accuracy of mines in service, which is critical for operational effectiveness.
