The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to remove and dispose the remains of the USACE Pier, Piling clusters, and any debris from the Clusters and Pier that have washed up on the Beach at Topsail Beach, NC.

Due to questions that came up at the site visit, this solicitation is being canceled at this time until imagery can be obtained by the Government to determine what material is underwater. It is anticipated that we will have a new solicitation with a revised scope of work sometime before the end of the fiscal year.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District is issuing this contract for the removal of the Topsail Beach Pier and associated debris. The mission of the agency is to ensure safe and efficient management of water resources, which includes maintaining the integrity of coastal areas.

The goal of this contract is to remove and dispose of the remains of the pier and any debris that has washed up on the beach at Topsail Beach, NC.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to remove and dispose of the remains of the USACE Pier, piling clusters, and any debris from the clusters and pier that have washed up on the beach at Topsail Beach, NC.

The work must comply with EM 385-1-1 Safety and Occupational Health Requirements Manual and adhere to Federal & State Transportation Laws & Regulations.
