Topographic Survey MATOC for Savannah District   5

Background
The Savannah District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to establish four multidiscipline Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) for topographic, boundary, hydrographic, and UAV aerial surveying and mapping services. This initiative is part of their mission to support federal projects under their jurisdiction and potentially for other Corps of Engineers Districts. The contracts are set aside exclusively for small businesses, with a total shared capacity not exceeding $16 million over a five-year ordering period.

Work Details
The contract encompasses various tasks including:

1. Topographic surveying and mapping;
2. Boundary surveying and mapping;
3. Hydrographic surveying and mapping;
4. UAV aerial surveying and mapping;
5. Generation of Triangulated Irregular Networks (TIN), Digital Terrain Models (DTM), and Digital Elevation Models (DEM);
6. Preparation of drawings, maps, and plats;
7. Performance of records and drawing research necessary to locate property lines and monuments in the field.

Deliverables must be in specified formats such as DGN for drawings, Bentley or ESRI formats for DEM, DTM, TIN datasets, and GIS data in ArcView or Arc Info formats as required.

Period of Performance
The contracts will consist of a five-year ordering period during which task orders will be issued.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be performed within the jurisdiction of the Savannah District and the South Atlantic Division (SAD), covering areas in AL, GA, SC, NC, and FL.
