Toolkit Suite with Command Centre (TSCC) & Threat Response Centre (TRC)   2

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a purchase order to eBRP Solutions Inc., 230-7895 Tranmere Drive, Mississauga, ON L5S 1V9, Canada, on a sole source basis under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This requirement is for software maintenance and support services for the Toolkit Suite with Command Centre (TSCC) and the Threat Response Centre (TRC) module. The software maintenance and support services consist of annual software version upgrades and software technical support. The IRS requires software version upgrades created by the manufacturer that are distributed to all customers with active software maintenance contracts for TSCC (including the TRC module), and technical support which includes outage and issues support, Help Desk Support, and support for installation of the new vendor releases. Phone and e-mail-based support shall be available Monday through Friday, at a minimum between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). On-line/web-based support shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Vendors who believe they can provide the support that can meet the IRS' requirements should provide written responses that contain clear and convincing data substantiating their ability to furnish the entire requirement. Vendors should submit their responses by e-mail to Leona.m.brown@irs.gov no later than 10:00 am, Friday, September 16, 2022 (Eastern Standard Time).
