Tool Air Compressor Rental   2

Background
The contract is issued by the Naval Station Norfolk, which is part of the United States Navy. The mission of the Naval Station is to provide support to naval operations and ensure readiness. The goal of this contract is to secure the rental of essential air compression equipment, specifically four Tool Air Compressors, four Regenerative Air Dryers, and four Air Receivers, to support operations at the naval facility.

Work Details
The vendor is required to provide the following equipment with specific capabilities:

1. **Tool Air Compressors**:
- Must be oil-free and utilize a rotary screw design.
- Must deliver Grade 'D' air per CGA G-7.1; oil-flooded designs are not acceptable.
- Gearbox casing must maintain a vacuum on its oil contents to prevent contamination.
- Electrical powered at 460V and capable of starting on a 150 amp circuit breaker.
- Must provide at least 400 CFM and operate at a supply pressure of 125 PSI.
- Capable of running continuously (24/7).
- Must include whip-check devices and moisture separators.
- All connecting equipment must be provided by the contractor.
- Must have forklift slots for mobility.

2. **Regenerative Air Dryers**:
- Must provide an extra low dew point to -100°F and handle at least 400 CFM at 125 PSIG.
- Electrical requirements: 110/120 VAC, 60 HZ, single phase.
- Heatless design only; heated or refrigerated designs are not acceptable.

3. **Air Receivers**:
- To be connected to a 200-300 gallon ASME coded vessel rated for 200 psig or more.
- Must include pressure relief valves rated for 400 CFM at 200 psi and pressure regulating valves set at 120 PSI on outlet connections.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from June 13, 2025, to June 13, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Naval Station Norfolk.
