Tonto National Forest South Zone Vault Toilet Pumping

Background
The Tonto National Forest, managed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Forest Service, is seeking to contract septic collection services for its South Zone, which includes the Cave Creek Ranger District, Globe Basin Ranger District, and Mesa Ranger District.

Work Details
The contractor will perform the following tasks:
1. Provide all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary for septic refuse collection from vault toilets.
2. Remove all debris from vaults including cans, bottles, animal parts, clothing, and other miscellaneous trash.
3. Clean and disinfect the work area after waste removal.
4. Transport waste materials to an approved disposal site in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Ensure that all waste is contained in leak-proof containers to prevent contamination during transport.
6. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the project duration.

Bidder Requirements
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns under a Total Small Business Set-Aside status.
