Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to TTEC Government Solutions, LLC 6312 S Fiddlers Green Cir Ste 100N Greenwood Village, CO 80111, for a 12 month EZ Pass access to toll roads in the state of Virginia. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Background
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition, intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to TTEC Government Solutions, LLC for a 12-month EZ Pass access to toll roads in the state of Virginia. This acquisition is part of the DEA's operational needs and is not a request for competitive quotations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide EZ Pass access for toll roads in Virginia for a duration of 12 months. The services include ensuring that the EZ Pass system is operational and accessible for DEA personnel as needed. The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations regarding telecommunications equipment and services, including representations about covered telecommunications equipment or services as outlined in the solicitation.

The contractor must also ensure that all deliverables are packaged according to common commercial practices to prevent damage during transit.

Period of Performance
