This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912L7-21-R-0007 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote within the TN area. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective date 10 March 2021. This requirement is being advertised as Unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code(s) are 721214, with a Size Standard of $8M. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: The TN National Guard is Requesting a Quote for The Youth Camp Development Week Lodging/Meals/Actives for approximately 180 Youth and 50 Adults. We are requesting Camp dates ranging from JUNE 2021 through JULY 31 2021. This is a five (5) year requirement with the event to happen annually. (a) NO THIRD PARTY VENDOR quotes WILL BE ACCEPTED YOU MUST HAVE CAMP FACILITES FOR THIS REQUIREMENT.

(b) Technical is more important than price.

(c) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).

(d) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.

(e) Notification of award or acceptance of an offer will be emailed to the contractor.
