Solicitation closes FRIDAY, 3 OCT 2025 at 2:00pm EST (1:00pm CST).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. proposals are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912L7-26-Q-0503 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal within the MEMPHIS, TN area. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, effective 07 AUG 2025. This requirement is being advertised as UNRESTRICTED; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code(s) are 722320 CATERERS, with a Size Standard of $9M. 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL ITEMS

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer responsible, whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

  • Technical,
    • Must be local vendor in the Memphis, TN area.
    • Must be able to provide meals on time and abide by the changes daily. Daily Counts could change at ANYTIME.
    • No Food Trucks will be accepted.
    • Vendor must be an established meal provider and able to accommodate 150 Breakfast, 150 Lunch, and 150 Dinners on a daily basis. A Midnight meal maybe requested, please price on the Meal Roster.
    • Please fill in ALL of the MEAL tabs for pricing.
    • Must have NAICS Code of 722320 Caterers.
  • TO GET ON POST
    • You must fill in the attached form to be Vetted to deliver meals to the Airwing. If you do not fill in the form, your quote will not be accepted. You will need to provide a list of person(s) that will be delivering to the Airwing.
    • Must have Valid ID
  • Delivery must be within specified time in the solicitation.

Background
The solicitation number W912L7-26-Q-0503 is issued by the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) for the provision of meals to support annual training for service members in the Memphis, TN area.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that service members receive timely and adequate meals during their training exercises.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the following tasks:
1. Provide 150 Breakfasts, 150 Lunches, and 150 Dinners daily, with potential requests for Midnight meals.
