TMDE Calibration

Background
The Government requires off-site calibration of its Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) to ensure accurate inspection, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of medical and dental equipment.

This contract is issued by the Marine Corps Installations Pacific Regional Contracting Office, with the mission to maintain operational readiness and safety in medical services. The goal of this contract is to provide reliable calibration services that comply with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and other applicable standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide two off-site calibration services for medical and dental equipment as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The contractor must ensure that all personnel possess the necessary certifications and qualifications, including those from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and OEMs. Calibration services must adhere to OEM standards, NIST guidelines, and any other relevant regulatory references. The contractor is responsible for all costs associated with shipping equipment to and from their facility for calibration. Upon completion of each service, a detailed end-of-service report must be submitted within seven business days, outlining calibration results, discrepancies, and recommendations for corrective actions. The contractor must also provide confirmation of receipt for all TMDE at their facility.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 1, 2025, to August 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Okinawa, Japan.
