Tinker Event Center Ballroom Audio and Visual Upgrade

Background
The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) is seeking to modernize the audio and visual systems at the Tinker Event Center Ballroom located at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The goal of this contract is to provide a comprehensive upgrade that supports various functions, including tele/video conferences, while adhering to local security guidelines. This project aims to enhance the overall functionality and quality of the event space.

Work Details
The contractor is required to remove existing audio and visual equipment and install new high-quality systems. The scope includes:

- Equipment Procurement
- Delivery
- Physical Installation
- Integration
- System Programming & Commissioning
- Acceptance Testing (SOVT)
- System Operational Verification Test
- Training & Closeout Documentation
- Warranty.

The contractor must ensure a turnkey modernization system is installed that meets all specified requirements.

Period of Performance
Anticipated period of performance is 90 days from the start date proposed by the offeror.

Place of Performance
Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be registered in the System for Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract. Vendors are encouraged to conduct a physical site visit prior to submitting proposals; access is restricted and requires clearance through base security.
