Your RSVP email must be received within 3 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. ***** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor.

Background
This solicitation is issued by Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) for the project titled 'WWYK250172 – Replace Walls of Iszard Pool House'. The purpose of this contract is to repair and replace the walls, roof, and electrical systems of the Iszard Pool House located at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control, and incidentals required to accomplish the replacement of CMU fence walls, roof, electrical systems & components, and repair of the pool house structure at B5730.

Specific tasks include: conducting a site investigation to verify existing conditions; providing necessary logistical, architectural, and structural work elements; ensuring all assemblies and components are fully operational; and adhering to specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must also handle unforeseen site conditions and warranty support as described in the SOW.

The contract performance period is expected to be 180 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed.
