Your RSVP email must be received within 5 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an MS Outlook meeting invite will be coordinated and will be forwarded stating the date and time of the Initial Site Visit.
You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.

Background
The contract is issued by Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) with the project title WWYK21038, which focuses on replacing corroded ductwork at specific posts within B3001.
The mission of Tinker AFB is to maintain and enhance the operational readiness of the U.S. Air Force, and this project aims to ensure the integrity and functionality of its facilities.
Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all materials, labor, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control, and incidentals necessary for the replacement of corroded ductwork at Post P39 and Post P37 to Post T37 within B3001 at Tinker AFB.
The contractor must conduct a site investigation to verify existing conditions and may access additional as-built drawings from 72 ABW/CE - Engineering Support located in B400. The contractor is responsible for identifying all logistical, architectural, and structural work elements needed to complete the project as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). This includes providing any assemblies or fixtures not explicitly identified in the project documents to ensure a fully operational system.
Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from April 14, 2025, to October 13, 2025.
Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma.
