Description

This solicitation is a request to time charter eight (8) tugs to support the Government's requirement in Norfolk, VA for ship handling, docking and undocking in the harbor and surrounding waters. The charter is for a firm period of 366 days beginning 01 March 2019 and ending 29 February 2020 and options for three (3) additional one-year periods and a fourth period of eleven (11) months ending 31 January 2024.
