Time Charter Lease for Transportation and Logistics Support in Support of United States Coast Guard (USCG)   3

Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this task order to procure transportation and logistics support services via a Time Charter Lease. The goal is to enhance USCG operations both underway and in-port, enabling personnel to effectively execute their missions and objectives. This task order is issued concurrently with the HSC-Ocean IDIQ RFP No. 70Z02326R93280001 to meet immediate operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide transportation and logistics support services, including:

1) Operating and maintaining the vessel under the guidance of the USCG Operations Manager;

2) Conducting routine crew swaps on a four-week periodicity;

3) Providing at-sea replenishment of food, fuel, potable water, laundry, and personnel;

4) Supporting transportation and storage of persons and goods as directed by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR);

5) Ensuring compliance with Certificate of Inspection for crew operations;

6) Providing refueling at sea services;

7) Engaging with the COR regarding ongoing contract management and execution activities.

Period of Performance
The contract has a base period of performance of 6 months with an option for an additional 6 months.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for performance include the Caribbean Basin, Gulf of America, and surrounding areas.
