Background
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is issuing a presolicitation synopsis for a time charter contract to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC-PCD).

The goal of this contract is to provide a US flag, Jones Act-compliant vessel that will serve as a host/support ship for at-sea operations conducted by NSWC-PCD. This contract is part of the MSC's mission to ensure the availability of maritime support for military operations.

Work Details
The contract will be a fixed-priced time charter with reimbursable elements.

It includes a performance period consisting of one (1) year base period followed by three (3) one-year option periods and one (1) 11-month option period.
