** Tiered Evaluations** Western Orbit Linen Transportation

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for Linen Transportation Services for the Western Orbit of VISN15. The goal of the contract is to provide efficient transportation of soiled and clean linen between multiple VA facilities located in Kansas and Missouri.
