Description

The government contemplates awarding Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract comprised of a 1-year base and three 1-year options for commercial services software developer support. Software developers will configure, test, and deploy operational capabilities as defined and prioritized by the USAF for the Theater Integrated Combat Munitions system (TICMS) munitions management proprietary One Network Enterprises, Inc. (One Inc.) software application. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This is a sole source requirement to One Network Enterprises, Inc. (CAGE: 4A0J3) due to One Network Enterprises, Inc. currently being the only qualified vendor.

The solicitation will be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) < https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately November 10, 2022. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contact the firm listed.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
