This solicitation is for a construction project titled, Three Story Barracks located at Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. Please see attachment titled, Solicitation - Barracks for more details. Please note: the drawings, specs, and brand name or equal documents are attached to this post. The purpose of this post is to publish amendment 06 to establish competitive range for discussion. Background
This solicitation is for a construction project titled, Three Story Barracks located at Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. The purpose of this post is to publish amendment 06 to establish competitive range for discussion. All offerors are required to acknowledge the amendments and submit with their proposal. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Work Details
The Scope of Work (SOW) includes conformance with the Environmental Management System, quality assurance, preconstruction survey and protection of features, regulatory notifications, environmental brief, appointment of environmental personnel, employee training records, pest control training, non-compliance notifications, and an Environmental Protection Plan (EPP).
The EPP includes general overview and purpose, contractor's environmental protection personnel, procedures, communications and training, contact information, general site information including drawings and work area plan, regulatory requirements and documentation, management plans such as erosion and sediment control plan and wastewater management plan.
