Background

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing a three-axis probe that meets the technical specifications outlined in the attached solicitation package. Key requirements include:
- Compliance with all packaging and shipping provisions to ensure undamaged delivery.
- All items must be genuine, new, and unused unless otherwise specified.
- The contractor must purchase directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors whenever possible.
- The contractor must implement counterfeit prevention procedures and notify the laboratory of any suspected counterfeit goods.
- Payment will be made for items accepted by the laboratory upon delivery to designated locations.

Period of Performance
The requested completion date for all forms and signed solicitation is 05/29/2026 at 4:00 PM CST.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to Argonne National Laboratory, located in Argonne, Illinois.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must complete all points A-F on page 2 of the ANL-70 form included in the solicitation package. Additionally, bidders are required to comply with safety, health, access to information, security, and environmental regulations specific to Argonne National Laboratory. A REAL ID will be required for site access for individuals aged 18 and older.
