Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering, and fleet support for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles.

This contract is specifically for the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC), which is located at 2003 Constitution Ave, Bldg 1081, Philadelphia, PA 19112. The NFPC's primary mission is to design, manufacture, and repair propellers for the US Navy. The goal of this contract is to procure various Inconel 718 (UNS N07718) fasteners and shear pins to support manufacturing operations at NFPC.

Work Details
The contractor shall produce a variety of threaded fasteners and shear pins complete to print in accordance with applicable part drawings and required Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). Specific items include:
- Fastener, BSS to APB Vertical Attachment C24523001: 24 Each
- Shear Pin, Tip Attachment Size A 324531104: 40 Each
All items are to be provided under a Firm-Fixed-Price arrangement.
