Background
The Defense Centers for Public Health – Aberdeen (DCPH-A) is issuing this solicitation for pest management services at the new laboratory facility, Building E2850. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and healthy environment for the occupants by providing consistent insect and rodent control services over a one-year period.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide pest management services which include:
- Traps for 16 perimeter doors, 5 break rooms (rooms 1014, 1709, 1902, 2011, 3011), and 36 specific rooms (rooms 1902 through 1962).
- Outside bait stations for two dumpster bay doors (8,10) and at least 18 bait stations around the perimeter of the first floor of Building E2850.
- Monthly visits to empty and/or replace traps as needed and provide a report on pest types and quantities found.
- Use of tamper-resistant bait stations labeled with rodenticide name and service date, secured to prevent movement.
- Observed rodent carcass pick-up and disposal.
- Maintenance of stock for government use at 10% extra traps rounded up to the nearest whole unit and one unisex box of sterile gloves per month.
- Compliance with federal EPA registration requirements for rodenticides used in Maryland.

Period of Performance
The contract period is set from July 15, 2025, to July 14, 2026.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Defense Centers for Public Health – Aberdeen located at Building E2850, 8300 Ricketts Point Road, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010.
