Background
This procurement is for Shock Testing of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Reefing Line Cutters at Element US Space & Defense. The contract aims to ensure that the GFE Reefing Line Cutters meet the necessary shock and vibration testing standards required for their operational effectiveness.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:

**Shock Testing:**
1. Perform checkout tests using mass simulators to develop the required shock pulse.
2. Conduct three (3) shock tests in each orthogonal axis (X, Y, Z) in both positive and negative directions on the following test articles:
a. Ten (10) 8-Second GFE RLCs (P/N SEH26151650-313)
b. Ten (10) 16-Second GFE RLCs (P/N SEH26151650-314)
3. Provide a comprehensive test report detailing the results of the shock tests.

**Vibration Testing:**
1. Perform checkout tests to develop the required vibration plots.
2. Conduct one (1) vibration test in each orthogonal axis on the following test articles:
a. Ten (10) 8-Second GFE RLCs (P/N SEH26151650-313)
b. Ten (10) 16-Second GFE RLCs (P/N SEH26151650-314)
3. Provide a detailed test report summarizing the findings from the vibration tests.

**Test Article Description:** The 8-Second GFE RLC measures approximately 5.78 inches in length, while the 16-Second GFE RLC measures approximately 6.13 inches in length, with delay cartridges containing an output mix conforming to Hi-Temp Propellant Specifications and a cutting capacity of 6500 lbf.
