This acquisition established a Cost Plus Fixed Fee/Cost Reimbursable No Fee Engineering Services Contract. Warner Robins - Air Force Logistics Center (WR-ALC) has awarded a contract to obtain Engineering Services for Support of the tasks and duties required of the Contractor in support of the functions and responsibilities of the Specialized Tactical Electronic Warfare Production Operation Technology Site (STEW POTS).

The period of performance will last for a total of (1) 1 year basic performance period and (4) 1 year option periods. The place of performance is Rolling Meadows IL.

The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government solicited and negotiated with only one source, Northrop Grumman Systems Corp CAGE: 5FVX5, under statutory authority 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1
