This is a service contract to provide Medical Non-Clinical Case Management and administrative care coordinator staffing in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR). The contractor shall manage a Soldier's care from the identification of the medical
readiness condition to when the Soldier is either considered medically ready for deployment or administratively separated from the military. The level of IMR support will vary between brigades based on the Soldier's characteristics makeup such as age, health conditions, and duty status. The Government anticipates a new contract award that shall provide adequate staffing to meet the
current needs. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary.

The Government requires medical non-clinical case management in accordance with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Procedural Instruction, number 6025.20. The ILARNG consisted of 5 brigades that require IMR support. The ILARNG Surgeon's Office requires the support in order to assist the Medical Branch to fulfill its annual mission.
